If you need help with Action Status, the best option is to use the in-app feedback form. It includes useful details such as the app version, platform, and operating system, which makes it easier for us to diagnose problems.
On macOS, use the Feedback command from the app’s menus. On iOS, open the app commands and choose Feedback. The feedback form is not available on tvOS.

When reporting a problem, please include:
- the device and operating system you are using
- whether you are signed in to github.com or a GitHub Enterprise server
- the repository owner and name, if the problem is specific to one repository
- what you expected to happen
- what happened instead
